Turning pounds into breakthroughs
To help us fuel urgent research, please bank your funds as soon as possible and boost Virgin Money’s fundraising total!
Getting online - Virgin Money Giving
To make the most of your fundraising efforts, we’d recommend setting up a Virgin Money Giving fundraising page. Use this to set a personal target, share your story and spread the word. All the information about setting up your page will be available on the Virgin Money Charity and Community Intranet page.
Pay in cash
You can pay in cash via your Virgin Money office, store or lounge. Please note the bank account details have changed for the new partnership with Dementia Revolution.
Pay in Cheques
Alzheimer’s Society and Alzheimer’s Research UK have united together to create an incredible force behind the Dementia Revolution. As the campaign itself is not a registered charity, please make cheques payable to Alzheimer’s Society with the reference "Virgin Money" clearly marked on the reverse and send to Corporate Team, Alzheimer’s Society, 43-44 Crutched Friars, London EC3N 2AE and we shall do the rest.
If you’re a UK taxpayer, you can increase the value of your charity donations by 25% through Gift Aid. At no cost to you. Adding Gift Aid to a donation is easy, your sponsor simply needs to tick the box when they donate online or on your paper sponsorship form.
Match your fundraising
Give your fundraising an extra boost with Virgin Money's match giving scheme. Double your efforts up to a whopping £250 on all fundraising for Dementia Revolution by simply contacting Kirsty Hume at Virgin Money on 0191 279 8077 and declare you have joined the Dementia Revolution.
Pledge your commitment to the Dementia Revolution by joining Virgin Money’s Payroll Giving scheme. This is the easiest way to make a regular monthly donation direct from your salary and because the donation is taken from your gross pay (before tax), every pound you give will only cost you 80p, or only 60p if you are a higher rate tax payer. Find out more on the Virgin Money Charity and Community Intranet page.
